EDIT: I really did love the food here so I wanted to give it another shot. This time went much better and there was no chicken or meat in the food! I think it was probably just a one-off and I'm happy I gave it another chance because it really is delicious Original: The food was great but NOT VEGAN. Be aware when ordering (online or in person). There is an option to have the Pancit made vegan on doordash, which I selected and still found small pieces of chicken in the noodles and one large chunk. Not hard to pick out (I'm a vegetarian so I'll survive) but if you're a hardcore vegan I would skip this place

Finally, Filipino cuisine represented in a food court type establishment! I was craving for Filipino / Asian food in general and so happy to find this place through Google. It is located in Downtown Dayton so I was hesitant at first as I was unfamiliar of the location. However, I was surprised that it is located inside a newly renovated building with really nice outside decor/patio. The roads looked renovated recently with some nice color scheme that makes you want to dine in outside. Since it is in a food court type setting, they have about 5 combo meal options prices between 10-15 plus Ala carte/side items. The lumpia, pancit and barbecue are great. I do wish they offer more variety though. If they add more dishes to their menu or even add Halo halo, I would definitely be coming back almost everyday. The outside dining area looks clean and perfect when the weather is nice. The inside dining has multiple tables and chairs with a huge bar serving alcohol in the middle. There are plenty of other food options inside like Caribbean food, Tacos, etc so for mixed culture families will always have options. It is like going to an international food fest.

I got the Filipino surprise bag from here on 2G2G, and let me tell you, this food was absolutely fire. The lumpia was tender and flavorful inside while being light and crunchy on the outside, and the chicken wing with rice. Guys. You can literally shake the meat off the bone it’s so tender, very flavorful food here. Will be buying again!

Very good Filipino food! I ordered the Stick & Roll (barbecue pork skewer and spring rolls) and added a side of rice. I tried the beef spring roll and vegetable spring roll, both were very good, but the bbq pork stick was my favorite- it was delicious and had an authentic flavor. They did forget to include my bbq pork stick with my order, but fixed it right away when I went back to let them know.

Such a treat to have this place in the Dayton area. After being a home health Physical Therapist on this area, I have a place to stop by and get satisfy my Filipino palate. I love how Cathy, The Lumpia Queen thinks outside the box on what she can do to promote "lumpia" , a Filipino spring roll, by trying other stuffing on the lumpia wrapper. They also have several Pinoy dishes like pancit, adobo and skewers. A must try in Dayton!

I recently tried The Lumpia Queen's food at their pop-up truck near Riverscape in downtown Dayton, Ohio, and I must say, it was a delicious experience. I opted for the barbecue chicken skewer, and although it could have used a bit more barbecue sauce for my taste, the flavor was still fantastic. The food was prepared quickly, and I was given a buzzer to alert me when it was ready, which was a nice touch. The staff at The Lumpia Queen were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. While I have not visited their location inside West Social on W. 3rd St. in Dayton, based on my experience with their food truck, I would definitely consider giving their indoor location a try in the future. Overall, I had a positive experience with The Lumpia Queen and would recommend their food to anyone looking to try something different and delicious. I look forward to trying more of their offerings in the future.
